BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN

A Blood Donation Campaign organized by the Welfare Society of the Ministry of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development for the very first time was held on 02.08.2019 at the "Maganeguma Mahamedura" premises.

This Blood Donation Campaign was successfully implemented under the guidance of Mr. Sunil Hettiarachchi, Secretary to the Ministry of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development and with total dedication of Mrs. Mangala Gunarathne, Hon. President of the Welfare Society of the Ministry, Mr. Chandana Sudath Bandara, Hon. Secretary, Mr. Hasantha Mangala Kumara, Hon. Treasurer and all the members of the Society and with the assistance of Mr. Chathura Kadampola, President of the "Pubudamu Lanka" foundation and National Organizer of the "Suwa Sarana" Foundation.

Employees at the Ministry, Road Development Authority and Projects functioned under the Ministry, employees of the State Institutions situated around the area and more them 200 of the residents in the area were participated for the worthy course.
